Using your desired job as a guide, we target the skills your prospective employer wants to see and provide clear, concise examples of how you have successfully used them. We ask questions to discover your proudest and most relevant achievements, and highlight those in your resume as well.  Your past success is the truest predictor of your future success.

How our process works:

​

• To get started, book a 30 minute phone/video interview to help our coaches understand why you need a new resume and to get a better understanding of your background and experience.  

• When you book the appointment, we'll ask that you send your old resume to us to give us an idea of your background.   If you don't have an old resume, we'll send you a questionnaire for you to complete to provide the basics.  

• Within 48 hours of your phone interview, you'll receive the first draft of your new and improved resume.

• If needed, to make sure we've captured your talents and achievements, we'll ask for additional information at this time. 

• You'll be able to add comments or make changes so we can revise it to your satisfaction.

• Once you're happy with it, we'll send it back to you, along with the master cover letter, in three popular formats:  MS Word, PDF, and plain text for use with applicant tracking systems (ATS).​
